Currently, Ladyslipper is unable to respond to unsolicited submissions for our catalog. We would like for women artists with new recordings to email us before sending any packages!

Send your message to info@ladyslipper.org and in the subject line put "New Artist Inquiry - [your name]".

The message should include a description of your recording(s) and a statement regarding how your work fits into the Women's Music Movement. Additionally, tell us what distribution you already have and give a short list of recent and upcoming performances.

Please do not simply point us to your website (though let us know the link, if you have one.) We need the information requested above to appear in the body of your message.

After we receive your email, if we are interested in learning more about your title, we will respond with an invitation to submit your CD. If we're not interested at this time, we may not respond. If we don't invite you to submit, it is not a comment on the quality of your work! Rather, we are looking for music that we know will appeal to people who look to Ladyslipper to represent an historic and contemporary niche known as Women's Music.
