With the pathos of Reba McIntyre and the guts of Wynonna, this country newcomer is on the right path, in our opinion! She's got a strong deep voice, a pretty healthy respect for the older country queens' styles (check out her homage to Patsy Cline on
Why I'm Walkin'), and some good songwriting skills. The production here is crisp, the musicians are great, strong rockin' honky-tonk sound, and we hope she'll make it big! And, you might find some good line-dancing tunes on here.

Heather Myles (born July 31, 1962) is a country singer. Her honky tonk singing is in the Bakersfield sound-style and has been likened by many to that of Dwight Yoakam. She has had her songs featured in a major feature film.
She was born in Riverside, California, where her parents bred and trained horses for racing. Heather had a job in the family business until the lure of the honky-tonks called her away.
Myles has released five albums as of May 2007 - including two on HighTone Records, and two on Rounder.
