All female performers, including 15 Grammy-nominated artists, join on Respond II, a two-CD compilation benefiting families affected by domestic violence. Impressively, the project was produced by a grassroots group of volunteers -- yay! This generous set of music features special tracks and previously unreleased material ranging from both well-known and up-and-coming artists performing alt country, bluegrass, grooving R&B, folk, punk, Latin pop, and indie rock.
