AffiRhythms are musical affirmation incantations - short chants to remind us as we sing that we can alter our perspective and change the way we live. These aren't relax and fall-asleep-type affirmations, but rather energetic and joyful ones.

Each chant is recorded twice: the first version to learn and sing along with... the second with harmonies and back-up gradually added as the lead vocal fades so that you may fill the space with your own voice. The result embodies great spirit, and will reach in and touch your heart.

The affirmations are: I Am Creative, I Carry Love, Sacred Within, Mother Earth, I Am Sound.
