This is a remarkably well cast and well told story about a man who, in mid-life, determines to become the woman he's always felt himself to be. Not only is it about this man, but it is also about his wife, children, parents, employer, church and small town.

The story is told with humor and warmth - and not a bit of propaganda or bitterness. While marvelously insightful regarding gender dysphoria, it also may serve viewers as an analogy to other major changes and homecomings one may undergo in a lifetime.
